 hi I am helping out a mate we are doing some rust in a bedford van they are notorious for rust in the gutters but this one is not 2 bad id like to know if we are going to weld up the holes after wev applied the por can we then still use putty or bog on the deep scaly areas or do we putty up 1st and then apply the por?
