Hi, I have painted the entirity of the outside of a car in Por15 Rust preventative paint. It was fully bare metal stripped. We are just now filling what needs to be filled. THen are looking to overcoat this in Tie Coat, then 2K white. There are going to be a few small amounts of bare metal here and there would this be ok to go directly over in tie coat? or will it need priming again with por15 rust preventative paint?

Any help will be VERY much apreciated. I assume the tie coat will stick to filler also?

as you can see around the lights will need a lot of filler... Would i be better off filling it all then using the rust preventative paint to seal the filler?
