Removing Por-15 Glisten Pc

Can POR-15 Glisten PC be easily removed with paint stripper? If not, what can be used to remove it?
I'm asking because I need to remove the POR-15 Glisten PC from a few aluminum items that need to be repaired, welded, etc.
